    We are a local charity providing advice, support and guidance to those living with dementia and their families across the parish. We aim to help people remain active and involved in their community. We offer both individual support and a range of inclusive groups for you to come along to and enjoy.     Yealmpton and Brixton Community Friendship Project

    We are a Befriending service which aims to reduce loneliness and isolation in Brixton, Yealmpton and the surrounding parishes. Our team visit people in their own home and gently encourage involvement in the community.
    We also run a regular coffee morning on Fridays from 10:30 until 12 at the Yealmpton Community Centre.
    We will soon be launching a sitting service to enable carers some free time.
